Process: We started with a styrofoam plate and used a pencil to ident the animal and habitat for it. After the indents were deep enough I rolled paint on the plate to see the outline of the animal and habitat I placed it on a new sheet of paper and pressed the foam down and it left the indent on the paper.
Extension: I would have the students study the habitats and discuss them with the class.
